Hey, use stiemycin, it really works, but it takes about 3 weeks to see full results. But this is sure thing, and will not harm you in anyway. Besides who cares if you have pimple or none. It's just you who thinks of it that makes the situation worse! Live life to the fullest without thinking too much of it! People won't judge you for what you look like. It's what's inside that matters most. :)
Put some toothpaste on it, and wait till it dries, it will then turn into a little scab, and once the blood is dried up, you can pick it off, but my best bet is to just wait, but other then that, this is the only home remedy i can advise.
First Try: crunching up three or two asprins and put a little drop of water in it maybe like a little more than a drop...and then stir it and put it on your face for ten minutes,until its hard and dry. :)
then try:olive oil,honey,and sugar mixed together,but not to much of it though...

if its ready, pop it try to get all the puss out. thats why pimples get big, cos they are imflame and filled with puss. pop it then put toothpaste or peroxide on it to dry it out
If it is not gone yet mix Breadsoda with small bit of water and keep dabbing it on it will bring the spot out but it will need to clear,
put a little bit of t tree oil on it, that will dry it out dont pick the scub off cause it will scare
