Hopefully I can make this make sense.
A pimple is just trapped oils (sebum) under the skin. Do not confuse sebum with sweat as it is not the same thing. When these oils get trapped they cause an inflammation which is the bump with a little white dot at the top that is the sebum that your skin is trying to force out. When you pop this you are breaking skin and releasing a tiny bit of blood and the sebum. This mix will create an amber like color as the red is mixed with a cream color. if you continue to squeeze you will only get blood.
Even if it is not a white head, a zit is basically the same make up. An inflammation of trapped sebum. You really should just spot treat (sulfur works best) and drink plenty of water. It's puss. Puss is made out of deep white bloods cells. This is normal. Your skin will clear up after you have poped it. It is totaly normal and it comes out of every ones spots and zits.

as for getting rid of them, try mederma scar treatment and remember to moisturize.

I would not reccommend a product with alchohol, it will dry out your skin and make it uncomfortable and perhaps even make the problem worse and benzoyl peroxide will solve the problem but only topically and only temporarily because the molecule is too large to be absorbed into the pores and down to the root of the blemish where most of the dirt and bacteria are. And toothpase is very ineffective.
I have THE best product. It's honestly amazing. It's a gel spot treatment and its about $6. It's at kmart, walmart, etc. It's about 50% better in 24 hours. Try to put it on every 8 hours. It doesnt dry out your skin either.

I would not reccommend a product with alchohol, it will dry out your skin and make it uncomfortable and perhaps even make the problem worse and benzoyl peroxide will solve the problem but only topically and only temporarily because the molecule is too large to be absorbed into the pores and down to the root of the blemish where most of the dirt and bacteria are. And toothpase is very ineffective.
I have THE best product. It's honestly amazing. It's a gel spot treatment and its about $6. It's at kmart, walmart, etc. It's about 50% better in 24 hours. Try to put it on every 8 hours. It doesnt dry out your skin either.

after you wash your face with your soap, squeeze the juice of a lemon(real) lemon and apply that on your face, its like a whitener, add sugar if you want to exfoiliate

I've only had it for like 3 days, but it's already huge! Almost all the zits i get are under the skin, and they stay for seriously months. So I googled it to see what it looked like under the skin, ready to bear some grim pictures, which I was not looking forward to. Luckily the first page I clicked on gave me what I needed to know, and no pictures.
I can't even see the pimple on my face since it's behind my jaw; not even at the location because it's so deep. I can just feel it, and it's so annoying and almost painful.
Here are the tips that I found:

This would be okay with me, except that I pretty much never get these, and it is too much hassle for me to go out and get some since it doesn't affect how I look. This might be good for you to have though, because you said you get them on occasion.

6. OMEGA 3 (FISH OIL / FLAXSEED OIL)
Omega 3 is overall good for you, and I'd recommend anyone to take it. I take it as a regular supplement every day. One of the (many) benefits is making your skin overall healthier, and regulation of the amounts of oils that your face (or body in general) produces. For some people, this simple supplement is a complete fix to their acne problem (or mood problem, etc.) This is because many people lack Omega 3 (found in pretty much only fish) in their diet.
7. PROACTIVE / ACNE-FREE
This is a great system, and I use it almost every day (I only do not use it when I forget). I missed a day, which is probably a reason for this issue today. There is the Proactive site you can go to, or you can buy it off eBay for a little cheaper (not recommended, as it may be expired). Acne-Free is the alternative to Proactive, and works almost the same, and has almost identical ingredients.

ZENO - you can get it at Walgreen's. It's expensive but well worth it. I have always had to manage a few pimples but recently I have been getting the same red bumps you describe. It took weeks even months to get rid of them (sometimes with a round of antibiotics). I bought the ZENO in hopes it would help. It WORKS! It's a hand held device that you place over the spot for 2.5 minutes 3 times a day. Sometimes it takes about 3 days to get rid of it but by the end of the first day you will notice a huge difference. Good Luck!

Go buy some ZAPZYT. It is amazing on how fast it works. I'll put it on as soon as i see a pimple start to appear, and it dries it out within the day. I love it!

You could try drawing salve. They sell it at some pharmacies I have something called prid's drawing salve. I don't really get zits that much but had it for something else I put it on under a bandaid and the next day it drew out the stuff inside, it is still red but it heals fast. You either have to find a way to not get pimples you can't make them dissappear when they are there. When I was younger I found that just switching soap and using Neutrogena clear soap worked for my face.
You should see a dermatologist. Don't ever pop because then you'll just have scars. I rather have a pimple that will go away then a scar that will stay forever.

Aloe is great for the skin and it is an antibacterial.
Also a home remedy, toothpaste, yup.
Dial Antibacterial soap does a real good job killing the oil on the face.

I put on nuetragena acne spot treatment on a pimple that was forming. When I woke up the next morning the pimple had formed and was really small. goodness...all you do is dab a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it over the pimple and then get a needle that you let sit in rubbing alcohol (to clean it) and right in the middle of the pimple, poke it with the needle. Don't put it all the way in, just a little. then that will make a big enough tunnel for the core (puss) to come out and fast when you pop it.

I'm with Amy. I used to get those, but I actually use Proactiv along with Mary Kay TimeWise lotion for oily skin. I have the best skin I've had in 15 years! Also, to remove makeup before using the Proactiv I use Dove foaming cloths.
