My dog had something that looked like a pimple?

I thought it was a tick so when i went to remove it popped like a pimple and white stuff came out. what could it be?My dog had something that looked like a pimple?
The pup from your pic looks like a pit/am staff. They're famous for getting pimples which is hilarious to me for some reason. My friend's female (he's a hobbyist breeder) breaks out bad every time she comes into season...which makes it even funnier. But, luckily, it's no big deal.My dog had something that looked like a pimple?
A pimple or ingrown hair, depending on what happened after you popped it.





Dogs can, and will get doggy-zits from time to time, nothing harmful, just clean it up and let him go.





Short haired dogs get them more than dogs with longer hair, not sure why, but nearly every Pit Bull, Boxer or American Staffordshire I've rescued had one or two of them on their muzzle. Never had a long-haired dog with one-- but then again, who could tell with all that fur?!
