What is it when you have little pimple looking redish and white things on your legs...?

Along with the little redish spots and whiteish spots there is white bumps on my scrotum and to a lesser extent on the shaft of my penis. I don't have any STDs, it honestly looks like a bunch of little pimples or white heads... Could it be that? Could it be ingrown hairs? I don't think it could be in grown hairs though because of the amount and the fact that there is hari coming through already.


Is there any way to get rid of this conditon? (I don't think it's bumps from shaving either. I shaved my legs over a year ago for swimming, but not after that, and I havn't shaved the pubic region for a long while either.)What is it when you have little pimple looking redish and white things on your legs...?
there could be a few reasons but the best way to find out for sure is to see ur doctor. It sounds like an STD but if your sure it is not that then it could be an ingrown hairs but this is nasty but the best way to discribe it if you squeeze it and a small hair comes ou then thats what it is. also if it is your upper thigh area as it sounds like u discribed and your legs touch when walking and etc. then you can get a rash that looks bumpy and like a pimple.
