Acne spot treatment may have made my pimple grow?

I put on nuetragena acne spot treatment on a pimple that was forming. When I woke up the next morning the pimple had formed and was really small. After school I put it on again and the pimple got bigger. Should I continue using this product? And is this part of the process of getting rid of it?Acne spot treatment may have made my pimple grow?
Yes its actually part of the healing process. Never ever pop a pimple. Its like a contained nuclear waist spill being steadily cleaned up. When you pop one the bacteria spreads to other pores.

Puss is your body's reaction to an infection. It is a swelling on bacteria and several kins of anti body's fighting in your skin. After the anti body's eat all the bacteria they effectively made a mess. Then the clean up starts and the pimple shrinks back down and vanishes.

Acne products are supposed to speed this process up by killing everything in the pimple good and bad so it can then be cleaned up. Sometimes this back fires though if the bacteria is resistant to what you used. Then left of its own it makes the pimple even bigger and more horrible until either your body kills it or the cream finally does.

Try some natural products like tea tree oil and such and maybe it will work for you better.Acne spot treatment may have made my pimple grow?
