Any good wys to get rid of it? iv'e tried all the over the counter medices creams, cleasers and washes.Big pimple on nose and it hurts horrbily what should i do?

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. Try getting some lemon juice and dilute it with water and put it on your nose. It will dry the bump up and it will go down.
HOT washcloth!!! steam your face.. clean out your pores...





wash reallllly good with a regular unscented soap..





pat dry with a paper towel..





then crunch up some aspirin (not non aspirin pain reliever... actual aspirin) and mix with water to make a paste.

pop it, or use toothpaste on it during night while u are sleeping. if that doesnt work, use proactive.
Try using ice to bring down the pimple on your nose i do this all the time when i have a pimple on side of my nose

ive had like 3 of those and i hate them ..it looks like its swollen..and it hurts alot when i touch my nose..i have always had the bad habbit of popping them..its hard to do it because its not really a white head..its like under the skin..but i did it anyways ..and now i regret it cuase i have 3 huge black spots on my nose even though the pimples are gone..so whatever you do dont try to pop it
goodness...all you do is dab a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it over the pimple and then get a needle that you let sit in rubbing alcohol (to clean it) and right in the middle of the pimple, poke it with the needle. Don't put it all the way in, just a little. then that will make a big enough tunnel for the core (puss) to come out and fast when you pop it.
ummm well i use equate medicated acne gel or just pop it
