STOP USING IT... just chuck it out... I was using the Neutrognea oil free fash wash for about 4 days and felt the same itchy feeling.. then it started to burn and dry out my face so I threw it out...
Neutrogena products seem to be harsh so try a product for sensitive skin such as a Cetaphil face wash....

stop using it. the body wash is not meant to be used on face in the first place that's why your itching. the skin on your face is very delicate and sensitive. try to use facial soap bar or facial wash for acne prone/sensitive skin. that will suit you best.
it means that your already irritated skin is reacting to the irritants in the body wash (such as the fragrance).
