The infected pimple may be an infected sebacous cyst. It should be drained and an antibiotic given. The other one on the snout could be anything. Any dog can get skin infections. I would suggest that you take your dog to a vet, just to be sure that this isn't anything that could be a cause of concern.

He could be allergic to grass, fleas, or his food. If his food has corn or wheat in it try changing to one that doesn't have those ingredients.
Go see you vet for a professional opinion.
i don't really know but i wouldnt freak out about it just get him to a vet for them to check it out ...could be absolutely nothing but if it is then a vet could advise you on what course of action to take from there. good luck
the one on the belly could be from an insect bite. the one on the nose could be a mole. contact vet just to be sure.
