Hands down - toothpaste! It dries it out faster than you can imagine. Just don't forget to wash it off in the morning!

Use oxy pads or make up. Hollywood stars do it all the time. Why else would they look the way they do.
visine for red eyes. put a drop on it and it will get the red out of the pimple.

You'll probably want to buy a cream and apply it overnight. Make sure it has Benzoyl Peroxide as the main ingredient.
Believe it or not the two best solutions for acne are salicylic acid and sodum chloride. Salicylic acid will go deep into the pores to clean out the dirt and oil which are causing the irritation as well as help exfoliate dead skin while the sodium chloride (yes, salt) helps to oxidize the blemish to kill the bacteria. I would not reccommend a product with alchohol, it will dry out your skin and make it uncomfortable and perhaps even make the problem worse and benzoyl peroxide will solve the problem but only topically and only temporarily because the molecule is too large to be absorbed into the pores and down to the root of the blemish where most of the dirt and bacteria are. And toothpase is very ineffective.
I have THE best product. It's honestly amazing. It's a gel spot treatment and its about $6. It's at kmart, walmart, etc. It's about 50% better in 24 hours. Try to put it on every 8 hours. It doesnt dry out your skin either.
