To heal it up faster, get a cloth, dab it in hot water and touch it to the pimple. You probably won't be able to hold it there for more than a second or 2. Repeat until the pimple is very warm. This will ';scorch'; the bacteria that are causing the infection and it will either go away (if you caught it early) or go through it's lifecycle faster. thus making it go away quicker.
