Black dots and pimple above lip? How to get rid of it?

I have two black dots and a pimple right above my lip. Theres a black dot in the center of the pimple too. How do i get rid of this pimple? It looks disgustingBlack dots and pimple above lip? How to get rid of it?

Do not wash your face more than 2 times daily, it's going to dry out your skin (even if it's oily). Use a spot treatment, maybe a sulfur mask, concentrated pimple cream, etc. I wouldn't mess around with it, such as poking and squeezing, because it's not a white head.
