I know what ya mean man, But I'm pretty sure its just washing it with soap and water, bu there is probably prescription creams your doc can per-scribe.What is the remedy for taking care of a pimple on the skin tissue of a testicle?
make sure it is just pimple and do not let it get bigger.some times there can be sudden pain and it can swell and get so big like a big potato ,if you do have pain make sure you see the doctor as it is serious and one can lose it.For simple biol or pimple cut a small piece of garlic and onion and chop it very very fine.mix small amount of butter or margarine and haldi powder or turmic powder.mix these all together and put on the part and bandage it.do this every day 2-3 times and in 3 days it will be ok.
