ok so i had a big red pimple and it hurt but then it poped...and it turned into a dark spot..its been like a month and the dark spot hasnt gone away

thats normal. dont worry. lots of ppl hav that too. it turns dark cuz ur pimple was there and healed. thats why its a ';pimple scar'; use mederma. its a cream that gets rid of it. get it at any drugstore.How come my pimple turned into a dark spot?
when i was with my brother at the doctor he suggested for him to wash his face more often. my brother asked the same question as you...kind of. the doctor told him that if he didnt wash his face as often as he should then his acne couls get worse then if it gets really bad then it would become a SCAR! :( so i think the answer to your question is thatyour acne got the the point of being so congested that it became a scar. You can ask your personal doctor for scar medicine so the spot may become less visible and mayb even disipear!
