I have little pimple bumps on my forehead and chin. How can I remove them?

Home remedies or products like neutrogenaI have little pimple bumps on my forehead and chin. How can I remove them?
The cause for pimples are many and not only adolescence as

popularly believed. Chronic constipation is one major cause,

the food we eat plays a very important role. You will have

to cut down the fried food, chocolates, cheese and aerated

drinks. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables with

a lot of water. Instead of washing the face with soap, use

orange peel powder. Dry Orange peels in the shade for 4-5

days. Powder finely and store. Wash your face with this 2-3

times a day. It clears the face and feels very refreshing.

My girlfriend had little bumps on her face-mostly around her forehead of course we assumed it was acne so she had bad skin for a few years 9th grade, 10th and 11th grade before she went to a dermatologist. The doctor told her she was allergic to soap and not to wash her face with it. As soon as she stopped using soap her face cleared up and she had nice skin. Maybe you're allergic, too.
Hi Eniz C,

Over the counter products work for a while but eventually they all stop or become ineffective and the root problem was still not addressed.

If you want to be rid of pimples forever, you have to treat the problem from the inside out.
