How to get rid of this pimple?

I have one small pimple on my forehead that just


appeared out of nowhere.


i wash my fash in the shower everyday.


It is one small pimple but surrounding the pimple


is a knot on my forehead about the size of a 50 cent piece.


and the pimple is on the knot.


is this a normal pimple?


how do i get rid of it.


and how do i prevent it from coming back.How to get rid of this pimple?
