Ordinary acne (pimples) is not related to herpes. So you can't get herpes from acne.
If you have other symptoms going on like painful itching burning or tingling sensations going on around where the pimply thing is, then you could have oral herpes. THEN you could pass them onto your partner's genitals during oral sex.Can you get herpes from a pimple?
To start, everyone has herpes. Seriously. EVERYONE!
It's a fact. But only some have the ';bad'; kind. But if you where to get some blood from the pimple or some of the ';juice'; inside your body (somehow, won't go into details) then it is a possibility. Especially if it is genital based and you have had sex and it popped.
