Don't use too much alcohol. If you have acne soap, put a dab of it on your blemish overnight. Benzoyl Peroxide wash works better than Salicylic Acid wash, but may dry out your skin a bit more.
No, don't use rubbing alcohol, it'll dry out the surrounding skin. Hmm... try a tiny dab of toothpaste on it ;)
