Unfortunately there is no over night cure, but there are a few options that will help them fade faster. The most effective way to get rid of them is to get a series of light chemical peels at a spa or skin care center. It's not as scary as it sounds, but it can be pricey. You'll need at least 3 treatments to see a major improvement, and it costs around $100 a treatment depending on where you go. Using a daily product with alpha hydroxy acid (glycolic acid) will help the marks fade faster, and there are also spot lighteners that you can use(look for a product with hydroquinone). The best thing to do is prevent pimples from forming in the first place by cleansing your skin in the morning and at night, and using a daily acne treatment product with salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient. You can get these at any drug store.
by using cream
If you have dark spots (aka hyperpigmentation) left behind by acne, you have a number of ways of getting rid of them.

1) Your dermatologist can prescribe Tretinoin/Tretinoid. This is a topical derivative of Vitamin A and it's effective at diminishing and erasing dark spots.

2) If you book a consultation session with a medical spa, you can get information of Glycolic Peels, Photo Facials, Microdermabrasion and laser resurfacing. Depending on the colour of your complexion, your cosmetic dermatologist or your cosmetic nurse will recommend the best treatment for you.

3) Kojic Acid is also known to reduce hyperpigmentation. Your cosmetic dermatologist can help you there again.

4) There are also other topical products that can help face acne marks and your cosmetic dermatologist can help you there again.

5) a home base exfoliant mask can also help in accelerating skin renewal.

You should be very careful with fading creams that are sold without a prescription because some (many) can cause cancer in the long run. There are some pretty scary storied coming out of the UK about those types of creams.

For your oily skin, it would be recommended that you use a clarifying astringent once you're done cleansing your skin. This will help manage the sebum level in your skin. During the summer months, you might need to cleanse your skin a couple times per day. Even with oily skin you should avoid regular soap and opt for a cleansing gel.

My best recommendation to you is to consult a dermatologist or cosmetic dermatologist (found in every city in Canada). If you go blindly into trying to fix a situation without proper knowledge, you may end up with a worst case than what you started out with...and you wouldn't want that to happen.

The only real way to get rid of acne scars is through a sort of laser treatment or using accutane. I use visine for red eyes to get rid of redness on my skin. It actually works.
roll on vitamin E
