What happens when you pop a pimple?

ive honestly never popped a pimple before but i accidently did just a couple minutes ago. it's really small, but it's really red and it hurts

Just make sure you scrub your face very good after popping them all with a cleanser like Neutrogena pore minimizer. It works great.
the redness will go away in an hour or so depending on how sensitive your skin is. dont worry. and no it wont make your acne worse but it might make a scar so be careful with poping them. it leaves marks behind and in my opinion worse than acne
