Why do i get the same pimple on the same spot?

for about 4 years i keep getting the same pimple on the same exact spot in my forehead. it happens about every 4 months. it starts off with a really huge bump on my forehead. no white head and no puss visible just a huge bump. a couple days later when i try to pop it dark blood with puss comes out. i also get really bad headaches. why does this happen on the same spot? and how to get rid of it?Why do i get the same pimple on the same spot?
well we have something that comes out of our pores,it's kind of like idk like fat,body fat i guess and it might be that you have to much of this in that spot.do not pop it it will get worse and red which will make it more noticable and embarassing . you might want to wash your face often and use some lotion that will moisturize your skin a little bit more. so yea don't pop it i know it might hurt wether you pop it or not.


you know it's like when you have a scab and then you scratch on it it just makes it worse. you might also want to see a doctor he knows more then you %26amp; i put together.





also don't eat too much of those fatty foods some of the worse are peanuts,almonds,avocados etc.
