Yes you should be worried. Bumps on genitals are never a good sign... and itching, not good. The obvious thing to do would be to visit and doctor,and get checked for EVERYTHING... as he obviously was not having safe sex with this guy. Hopefully even if he has contracted something, he hasn't passed it on to you. Definitely do not sleep with him again ... and for that matter, why would you want to after you know he was with a guy?? Get yourself checked!
