Drinking water wont do anything for the scars. They are marks in your skin which water will hae no effect on.





i would reccomend getting on accutane, ive been on i for 5 months and my scars have drastically gotten wayy better. I also use Mederma (a gel you can buy at any drugstore for about $12) and put that on everynight before you go to bed.

Exfoliate with sugar, and leave the sugar on like a mask. Its great for surface scars as it gently removes the very top layer of dead skin, it also leaves your skin super smooth. I use sugar every day but if you have sensitive skin be very gentle while exfoliating and only do it every other day.


Sugar contains Salicylic acid, the main ingredient in exfoliating creams.


If by chance you could buy a piece of sugar cane you could use the extract as a mask instead of sugar.
