pimples are much easier. two things will help with pimples. (pimples are causes by blocked pores).


1. keep your face/etc. clean-there are several products for this, but it does not include plain soap. walmart will have sever to choose from.


2. diet-the foods that cause pimples are greasy food and spicy food and sugar.


watch your intake of these and keep your face clean and the pimples will be kept to a minimum. pimples are also cause by hormones during the teen age years-nothing to do about that.
