Alright usually I don't care about having acne because it's apart of life but I got this really big ugly pimple on the side of my nose, it's red, and like huge! I want to get rid of it, and some of the other pimples on my face (Trust me they are very small and you can't see them unless you get extremely close to my face unlike the other one) Anyone have anyway of getting rid of the pimple(s)?How to get rid of an big, ugly pimple? Or shall I say pimples?
I agree most generic brands are the same as others.
Use a hot compress repeat.
Gently place a sterile needle in the center.
Try an acne face wash
rubbing alcohol
and acne cream
Junk food has little to do with your acne it's mostly hormonal water helps as it flushes our tissues.

Many of these companies make acne products... Find a facial wash with salicylic acid in it and that will help with maintaining acne. U don't need to buy these expensive acne products every store has them...
