Help im getting a pimple on my nose?

What can i do to stop it from getting bigger? The last time i got a pimple on my nose it was really big and nasty, please help what can i do? I use Clean and Clear facial wash, and also Neutrogena, i use it every night and morning..but what else can i do to make it stop growing?Help im getting a pimple on my nose?

ok i'm pretty sure this will work,,,use a cotton ball soaked in alcohol and put in your nose for seconds and repat the process, this should killed the bacteria, if it gest bigger try to pop it, but not with ur fingers! again with cotton and alcohol that way u don't inffect it more, try it! hope it helps =]

so take a lemon cut it from half in the night when u will go to bed just rub dat half lemon on ur complete face including ur face i m sure u will feel a change on ur nose also u will see a change in ur face color.....
