I have this painful pimple beside my nose, and it's very sensitive; what can I do to at least soothe the pain?

I've tried washing my face then applying a medicated treatment onto it , but it's been about 6 hours since I did so and it's still hurting a lot. It's sort of black around the pimple. I'm afraid it might be inflamed or something. i have one just like it right now and its going down fast. don't pick at it.keep on using the facial treatment.i know that toothpaste is something good to use on pimles.i know that it may be irritating. now ask your doctor about ';PH';. its an ointment that helps it to go away quickly .most pregnant women use it.but the main thing that you don't do to it isbust it.even though i do mine like thatI have this painful pimple beside my nose, and it's very sensitive; what can I do to at least soothe the pain?
wash it with dove then put the medicine and next week it will be better

Medication will make it go away sooner, but also make it hurt more.





As of now, not a lot will help. Acne is simply something you've got to ride out. Dove soap may help, though.
take some over the counter ibuprofen to decrease inflammation then apply some topical anesthetic like orajel for pain. good luck i know how that hurts
